個人簡介
謝金麒,男,湖南婁底人,博士,碩士生導師,2021年博士畢業于中國科學院深圳先進技術研究院物理化學專業。主要研究領域:1)印刷電子與能源器件;2)熱界面材料/電子封裝;3)金屬化學鍍。現主持國家自然科學基金1項、湖南省自然科學基金1項,參與國家級科研課題多項。目前已在Energy & Environmental Science, Chemical Engineering Journal等高水平刊物上發表論文20餘篇,授權國家發明專利及實用新型專利10餘項。
