個人簡介
聶長明,男,1961年生,湖南衡山人,工學博士,2003网站太阳集团二級教授,博士生導師。2009-2010年法國圖盧茲三大法國國家科學研究中心配合物研究所訪問學者,2005-2006年日本早稻田大學理工研究院訪問學者。中國核學會锕系化學會理事,第九屆、第十屆湖南省化學化工學會副理事長。2008年獲湖南省優秀博士學位論文獎,2008年獲全國百篇優秀博士學位論文提名獎。
教育部國家精品課程評審專家,全國普通高等院校工科化學規劃精品教材編委會委員,國家自然科學基金通訊評審專家。湖南省高教系列高級職稱評委,湖南省研究系列高級職稱評委,湖南、湖北、吉林、遼甯、福建、江西、北京、廣東等省市自然科學基金評審專家,吉林、湖北、江西、湖南、廣東等省科學技術獎評審專家。國際知名刊物《Separation and Purification Technology》,《Inorganic Chemistry Frontiers》,《Inorganic Chemistry》, 《Archive de Pharmzie》, 《Nanomedicine》, 《Dalton Transactions》, 《The Journal of Physical Chemestry》, 《Journal of Computational Chemistry》, 《Spectrochimica Acta Part A》, 《Science China Chemistry》,《Colloids and Surfaces A: Physicochemical and Engineering Aspects》, 《Applied Organometallic Chemistry》,《Journal of Molecular Structure》,《Separation Science and Technology》《Diamond & Related Materials》,《Journal of Molecular Liquid》等審稿專家,國家一級刊物《化學學報》等審稿專家。2000-2012年任2003网站太阳集团院長,2013-2017年任2003网站太阳集团黨委書記,2018年至今任2003网站太阳集团教學督導團副團長。
近年來主持完成國家自然科學基金面上項目、科技部國際合作重點項目、湖南省自然科學基金、湖南省自然科學省市聯合基金、湖南省科技廳科技計劃項目、湖南省發改委、湖南省教育廳重點等科研課題12項。獲湖南省自然科學二等獎1項、湖南省自然科學三等獎1項、湖南省科技進步三等獎1項、衡陽市科技進步二等獎1項。在國内外學術期刊發表學術論文130餘篇,其中被SCI收錄90餘篇,EI收錄10篇。其中有多篇被“Chemical Review” 期刊論文引用。
主持完成全國專業學位研究生教學指委教改課題1項、湖南省十二規劃教改課題1項、湖南省學位與研究生教改重點課題1項、湖南省教育廳教研課題1項。獲湖南省教學改革發展優秀成果一等獎1項、湖南省教學成果二等獎1項、湖南省教學成果三等獎2項、2003网站太阳集团教學成果一等獎4項。主編國防科工委“十二五”規劃研究生教材《計算化學》(北京理工大學出版社),主編《物理化學實驗》本科生教材(吉林科學技術出版社)。副主編《物理化學》第3版和第4版(人民衛生出版社),副主編普通高等學校“十四五”規劃工科教材《有機化學》第3版(華中科技大學出版社)。參編“十三五”國家規劃教材《有機化學》(人民衛生出版社)、“十三五”國家規劃教材《有機化學實驗》(人民衛生出版社)及“十三五”國家規劃教材《有機化學習指導與習題集》(人民衛生出版社)。近年來指導的研究生獲湖南省優秀碩士學位論文4人,獲湖南省研究生創新論壇優秀論文一等獎4篇。主講《高等有機化學》、《計算化學》、《有機化學》、《物理化學》等課程。
