2、我院副教授林英武博士2010年以第一作者撰寫的一篇論文被國際最高水平學術期刊PNAS（TheProceedings of the National Academy of Sciencesof the United States of America，美國國家科學院院刊）接受。

3、我院廖力夫教授2009年繼續獲得國家自然科學基金（10975069）資助。

4、我院鄧健教授主編的雙語教學軟件榮獲2009年“第九屆全國多媒體課件大賽”一等獎。

5、我院聶長明教授2009年主編的研究生教材《計算化學》已由國家國防科工局資助出版。

6、我院導師指導碩士研究生發表16篇高水平SCI論文（SCI最高影響因子5.143）。

7、我院王永生教授指導四位研究生發表4篇影響因子3.0以上的國際SCI學術期刊論文。

8、我院王永生教授指導的研究生歐陽運富榮獲2009年湖南省優秀碩士學位論文獎。
